At Cozie Lounge (cozie-lounge-shop.com), your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with consumer protection standards.
1. Return Procedure
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at: info@cozie-lounge-shop.com.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exchanges: We accept exchange requests. Modifications to orders must be submitted before 8:00 PM (ET).
Our registered office address in Ottawa is NOT a return address. Returns sent to this address without prior authorization cannot be processed. Please always contact us first to receive the correct return address for our distribution center.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, the following criteria must be met:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.
- The shipment must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is complete.
